Post different Competitions and Challenges to help eachother achieve your Goals.

Here is a Challenge for you all to try. Obviously the choice is yours.

Biggest Loser TEOD

The aim is to challenge yourself into losing as much weight as you can in a short period of time.

Here are the Rules and Guidelines:
1. You must weigh yourself and write down your weight in a book or notepad - even your phone so you have a constant reminder of where you started
Also, even if you don't like it, take an image of yourself as a constant reminder of your progression throughout the game
2. The chosen time span can be no longer than 6 months (if you all want to carry it on for even that long)
3. you must manage to drink at least a litre of water every day - and you must also eat at least 100 calories a day but no more than 500
4. with the money you would usually spend of useless food, save up and do something of your choosing

THAT IS IT. you get to choose the rest.
1. the time duration
2. what foods you can and can not eat
3. exercise regimes
4. calorie limits

Tips
1. take around a tissue that smells like perfume, that way whenever you smell food you will less likely to need it. your body will not crave it as much
2. Chug a pint glass of water down before you eat anything - it fills you up before you eat so that you do not have to eat as much to get 'full'. - and remember you have to eat at least 100 calories and no more than 500 calories
3. make sure you cut your food into tiny pieces so that you take longer to eat it, the slower you eat your food the less weight you put on
4. Strawberries are terrible for this kind of thing - they only take 20 minutes to digest so when they have digested you will no longer be full and you will have already taken in the calorie content
5. always keep yourself occupied but never with anything too big otherwise you will drain yourself of energy you simply won't have because of lack of nutrition and quick change of lifestyle - it helps keep your mind of food but thats almost physically impossible when your stomach is rattling your whole body
6. although you will already be taking pictures for your own progression, also take emphasized images of your favourite changing body parts and mark down why you prefer the changes.
7. DO NOT EAT CHEWING GUM. Although everybody says chewing tricks your brain into thinking you're eating they're wrong - it does the opposite.
Because you are chewing our brain is expecting some type of food or liquid to run down our throat into your stomach, because you're chewing gum you never end up eating the finishing product - therefore making your brain disappointed that it didn't get what it wanted and is angry you tried to fool it so it fools you, it makes you desire food that little bit more so that your brain can have what it thinks it needs.
8. Final Tip. If you're food doesn't look nice, you will find it less appealing. mash up your food or simply just present it badly or let it go cold before eating it so that you are put off and can not then bring yourself to eat it. this is a good method as it puts you off the food for a long time, almost like when you've been sick o a certain alcohol and when you go near it again, the sight and smell of it make you feel sick. works the exact same way!

if you're within a group of friends that simply doesn't tolerate your 'bad' eating habits or anything you do to make yourself happy, i will happily host a competition within this forum on here so that you don't have to be left out. you can even use the forum as your notepad to keep track of progress if you wish.

within this forum the rules are:
1. 1 Month Time Limit
2. at least 200 calories a day - no more than 400 though and at least a litre of water every day
3. a daily exercise regime with up to 10 different workout regimes within it
4. keep a diary of your progress (for personal, do not post into the group unless you are confident enough to be somebody else's thinspiration)
5. Write Down your start date so you can keep track of the time you are in the forum
6. aim is to lose : half a stone, 3.17KG, 7Pounds or more
